Oil Change Frapuccino

mad

So I have a little sister named La Madeline (after the cafe/bakery). The other day she got her first haircut, which isn't all that exciting unless you're one of those parents who incessantly considers every little event that happens to your child earth shattering (this will absolutely one day be me), but this haircut was. She had her haircut in a Toys 'R Us store.

And how cool is that!? Too bad this doesn't work with other semi-annoying things you have to do. What would be greater than dental work at Barnes and Noble? Doctor's appointment at the movie theater? Just imagine telling the guy at Starbucks, "It's been a year since my last oil change. And can I get a grande frapuccino please?"

Admittedly, I've lost my mind. This should have transitioned from implicit to explicit at this point.

She had a good time. Afterwards, we bought her a "Dory" from the movie Nemo. Then it was a trek across town to the Chiropractor, where he contorted many balloon animals for Maddie as he adjusted my back at the same time...
