Thursday Dinner Blog

It's Thursday night and I'm behind the stove. That's right--the recipe book calls it 'One Pan Potatoes and Chicken' but I like to call it 'A Little Piece of Heaven with Michael on the Side'. Admittedly, I don't know what I'm talking about.

But I am learning how to cook chicken. Stir frequently means every other paragraph... Blog and cook, cook and blog, shake, stir, repeat.

I also learned how to use a French Press and made some of the best coffee. I've moved from milked down light Starbucks to straight black oil, unrefined. Myles is mostly responsible for this change, along with the whole blog experiment.

Thanks to Jason Peirce for the Starbucks, now African beans are swimming in my stomach.
