We miss you too Michael - so much! We have new games to play with you, new books to read to you and new songs to sing to you. And we have lots of hugs and kisses just for you and Rebecca. Come on December!!

Where do I have to go to climb that tree! And will three of the coolest young men still be sitting on it?

mom! good eye! Truthfully, I didn't even see the craziness of the tree before you mentioned it! I guess I couldn't stop staring at the most awesome brothers a girl could ask for. I am excited about Dec. But Jan ties it! See you soon, mommy and daddy :)

Kay,

You'd have to go to New Orleans... Right off of Lake Charles--I hope that old thing is still standing. That might be one of the last pics ever of that old tree.

The boys, however, will be around for a long time :)

That incredible tree is located in Fountain Bleu State Park in Mandeville, La., off Lake Pontchartrain. (We choose to believe it's still there!) That park is truly one of the most beautiful places. We enjoyed many camping trips and day trips there including one with Michael in the high heat and humidity of a Louisiana summer day and he insisted, at mid-day, that we build a fire. We did!
