Two Days, Two Cities

Garmish, Paternach 073

Just a few pics from last weekend at the Paternach Gorge, on the Austrian border. The river that sliced the rock in two is actually melting ice and snow from the Alps (and what with it being August and all, it was rather fierce). We took a ski lift to the top of a mountain, hiked for a couple hours down into this gorge with white sand, and then through these caves.

Tomorrow, Brussels. Sunday, Luxembourg. We'll try to eat some of those waffles.

Other than that I'll be praying for one of my best friends. She has an important test. She'll do great...
