In the words of my good friend The Strobe, "Picture time!" These are some pictures from last weekend. On Sunday we spent the day exploring castles (Lichtenberg and Hambach). They are big piles of stones, very big, very old, very humbling. We're kind of on a quest to see as many as possible which is very easy since they are literally everywhere.
The best part is we spent all day seeing amazing things and didn't spend a dime. Well, we bought some ice cream but other than that, most castles are open and free. As Nikki would also say, "Good news for all."

I absolutely do NOT look different. And for the record, I am still a sandal guy. But hiking around multiple castles all day requires a home for my feet. Not that birks aren't great and all. And Nic, I miss you too! I'll see you in Jan for so'.
