I Will Follow You Into the Dark

DSCF0188

Random fact: It stays light here until after 11pm, and is light just after 4am. I don't understand daylight savings, much less the equinox thing, but yeah, that's a lot of sunlight.

**

It's summer. No one blogs. Usually. The exception proves the norm.

If I don't blog, what am I doing?

Mostly just settling into this new life. With my wife. It's good news for all.

What do we do?? A few things:

-Eating out virtually every night.
-Reading together.
-Watching her get ready.
-We play foosball. A lot.
-World Cup soccer.
-Procrastinate writing thank you letters.
-Play guitar.
-Make bad jokes and laugh.

Oh, and we travel. Amsterdam was not all that, but following Paris is tough for any European city. This weekend we're off to the Black Forest to do some hiking and traveling around different villages. Pics to follow.

Stay strong my friends...

I can't believe the Bonhoeffer postcard was stolen. Decency is so 90's... That's really upsetting, and it's not even seven am yet.

And J-Town, I'll check out that denison fool. You should pick up the DVD companion to 'plans'... It's really worth the 12 bucks.

Gotta get to work (yes, there is a little work between traveling Europe)...

I don't know how you survive without it getting dark until 11pm. That's an hour past my bedtime! Hey, I'm planning a trip to Europe when I graduate. Will you still be around? Hope you both are doing well.
