Casting Spells, Dinner, Prayers, and Hypocrisy

Taken about 30 seconds ago… I need my partner in crime here to make the spell work!
a

Current Temperature: 8 Degrees... From where I type I can hear Austin pleading to my mom, “Please let me wear shorts to the scouts meeting, please let me wear shorts mom!”

Anyways…

The general rule at the Rice household, in regards to dinner, is that no one eats until Mom eats. This basically just ensures that everyone is at the table before we begin, and without exception the last one is Mom (since she’s busy getting everything ready and such). It’s always great when I catch one of my brothers sneaking a bite and as I yell out, “No eating until Mom sits down!” I realize my own mouth is full of food from the bite I just snuck. The kettle calls the pot black...

Another general rule at the Rice household, in regards to praying, is that just about anything goes. Each boy has spent years honing a very individual style. Austin focuses on sound doctrine, Bill on blessing the food to make us strong, and John’s style leans toward the theatrical, with the adjective “wicked” showing up more often than not. Anyway you slice it, the prayer ends up being absolutely adorable.

Tonight, Bill says:

Dear God, thank you for this food. Please bless it to make our bodies stronger. Thank you for a mom who loves me so much she can’t ever wait to hug my body, a dad who is very helpful and always has time for me, and a brother who’s so awesome he makes me feel like I’m gonna explode with happiness.

oh...the "woman of my dreams" buisness was what made me gag. I meant it mostly in fun, but I guess if I were to be completely honest it's annoying that you say she's the woman of your dreams when you have only known her for a week or so.
