More Like College Students

Not a word has been changed…

In the midst of preparing yet another 10:30pm dinner,

Matt: You know, we’re kind of like the Spanish with our eating habits. I mean we get up late—

Me: No we don’t. And we don’t take a siesta.

Matt: Well, no, not really.

Me: So we’re not really like the Spanish. Our eating habits are more like… college students.

Matt: You see though, I was just trying to sound European. You know, wine and candles and what not.

Me: I always forget about Spain and Portugal. It’s hard to consider them European.

Matt: What do you consider European?

Me: Anything other than Turkey. And Spain and Portugal it seems.
