Solve for This Sucks

"So you're taking summer sessions, I take it? How many hours? I hope that they do not cut into your summer blogging/brooding time, for that would make it MY winter of discontent."

Last week I received an email from my friend John which included the above quote. I initially scoffed at the notion of summer school taking away from my blogging/brooding (one in the same really) time, but now I fear John's concerns have become a reality. Somehow my mother, who holds a masters degree in mathematics, did not pass along the "left brained thinker" genes and math to me is like razor blades sliding across my brain.

John, I'm sorry man. It might be a cold, cold winter.

A look at my hell...

Don't worry, man. If it all becomes too much, I can ghost write the Daily Rice for you. The ratio of cool stuff-to-awkward encounters is 13-to-87 percent here in Houston, so there's plenty of good material...

NO KIDDING! Houston is, in addition to being the worst city ever, a virtual minefield of awkward social encounters for me. Every corner I turn I fear a Chris Raesner (no sleeves of course) or Kut Kut. Or is it Kitten Caddle? Andy would know best.
Check your email man for plans to ghost write. PROCRASTINATION STATION 4EVER=LUV.

What the hell was that? Sorry.

Don't hate on H-town.

Well, I'm sorry. H-Town, though a bit terrible, was home for a good couple years and I do have some great memories from that place. As I've said before, downtown, the museum district, rice villiage are all amazing places. It's just the surrounding towns (sugarland, spring, pasadena, katy) that I don't care for too much. But I am sorry...H-Town does have a special place in my heart :)

well if you spent high school playing soccer and reading jack kerouac books, which is to say doing anything BUT any type of math whatsoever, then it's borderline hell. Wait, you're right. It's not bad at all. I'm gonna make a B.
