Name that Chord

since Sean and I have been discussing "sad chords" in the comment section...

OK, so here's a little piece of trivia for you. Can anyone tell me the answer to this question:

In Good Will Hunting, there is a scene where Matt Damon (angsty social-misfit genius) goes to ask out Minnie Driver (faux-angsty social butterfly semi-genius) at her Harvard dorm room. She's playing piano, and as she gets up to answer the door, she asserts: "________________, saddest of all chords." So what chord, according to Miss Driver, is the saddest chord?

And if you know the answer, but answered/commented anonymously, it would be clever beyond words. (If you do so, I'll proceed to take the role of Professor Gerald Lamboe and say something to the effect of "Come forth silent rogue, and receive thy prize!")

D minor?

the first person is pretty close, but alas, incorrect.

it's a minor 7th, which are the most forlorn chords known to creation.
