Kicked off Ebay... Taken in by the Daily Rice

It seems as though Corrie has a younger brother who considers himself something of a cosmopolite, or a modern day Casanova if you will. Only days after attempting to auction himself on ebay, young Trevor received notification from the online sales service that he would be removed from their website. Though Trevor offers a rather convincing story that relies heavily on ebay’s strict opposition to selling yourself, I fear the real reason is much more depressing: The highest bid was $0.11 cents.

Here are some photos which he used to exploit himself. While I have no earthly idea what he is doing in the first photo, he appears to be penning a sonnet in the second picture. Commentary is provided by two of my little brothers, whose astute criticism is much appreciated.

The Idiot (2)

Austin: Why isn’t he wearing a shirt? I think he’s weird.
Bill: What is he doing without his shirt? (I answer “trying to be cool.”) Is that your high school? (I answer “no it’s Corrie’s brother:”) He is so weird. Did he have pants on? (I answer “probably not.”) If he shot his whole body that would be yuck.

The Idiot

Austin: I think it’s weird, but a little cool. Why is he writing with a feather pen?
Bill: Why is the room red? (I’m wondering that myself…)

While these pictures are most unfortunate, I do have to concede that I admire his audacity. It reminds me very much of myself at that age...

I emailed Trevor. He says "The auction was only up for 1 day, and I didnt get to pass flyers out that day. The next day I didnt know that the auction was taken down and i passed out flyers, then got a detention for it. BOO to Cinco. I was pants-ed in the first picture and the room is red from the candles."
